As the High Performance Computing (HPC) arena evolves, PSSC Labs stays true to the formula that drives this market. This formula consists of combining commodity based hardware components with open source software. The first Beowulf Linux Clusters created in 1994 evolved from a desire to break away from proprietary hardware and expensive software offered by the traditional supercomputer manufacturers. PSSC Labs stays true to this philosophy. Our goal is not to lock you into just using our products. Financial Security
PSSC Labs is 100% owned and operated by it's employees. Our company philosophy is to first support our clients and then worry about growth. Therefore all cash reserves are first used to resolve any issues that may occur. Our current financial position can allow us to support all of our clients for up to three years even if we did not receive another order. This financial security is something that our competition can only achieve through multiple rounds of funding. And once you have accepted funding from outside sources, the priority ships from resolving customer issues to meeting the financial obligations of those outside sources.
Facility
With over 27 tons of air conditioning and seventy 20 AMP power circuits, PSSC Labs' integration facility can accommodate the largest HPC clusters. This facility is extremely important because it allows PSSC Labs to conduct all hardware assembly, burn in testing and software integration in house. There is absolutely NO out sourcing of any work. As many of our competitor's look to save cost by outsourcing important tasks such as system integration and hardware testing to third parties, PSSC Labs feels it is important to take control of the entire process from system assembly to final testing. Lifetime Support
In order to meet our end user's ever changing needs, PSSC Labs focuses on maintaining the highest level of support. We offer unlimited phone and email support for the lifetime of all our products. There are no expensive annual contracts of any kind for PSSC Labs software support.
Limitless Configuration Options
If you notice, PSSC Labs offers a very limited number of model numbers. The reason is we do not want to squeeze you into a box because it is currently sitting on our shelf. Instead we offer the ability to custom configure a solution to meet your particular needs and budget.
