"Hi! We bought two big workstations from you, they're working out just fine. In fact, they're boring as hell -- just the way critical-use servers ought to be :-)"
Tom Jennings, University Of California Irvine

"(1) PSSC Labs did not sound like salespeople -- they actually knew what they were talking about. (2) The price was just as good as if we built it ourselves -- much better, in fact, if you consider the labor it would involve. (3) It's good to deal with nice people"
Greg Recine, Stevens Institute of Technology

"I interviewed six companies. In terms of pricing PSSC was competitive with the others, but more importantly I had some very positive interactions with them - I felt they were the most honest and sensitive in addressing our needs. They did not try to push unnecessary technology or products on us, but tried to best address our needs and wants. They were also very accommodating to all changes and developments of our system, and very prompt in responding. In addition, two others in our department recommended them and said they really appreciated PSSC's support. I can also attest to their support, as three different people from PSSC continued to follow up with us and get us whatever parts or info that we needed to ensure that our cluster was fully operational. Other companies should take lessons from PSSC. Great job guys!."

"PSSC has consistently come through for us where many other vendors have failed. They are our major source for PC workstations, and have been extremely helpful acquiring specific products and solving a wide variety of technical problems. Their pre- and post-sales support is truly phenomenal."

"PSSC Labs offered the best combination of hardware, software packages, and competitive pricing of all vendors
solicited. In addition, PSSC Labs was very helpful in answering my specific questions about the cluster, most notably
Ms. Janice Lesser."

"We have been using PSSC for 7 years for the following reasons. They are very honest and dependable. They are not only competitive with other vendors in terms of cost (I can rarely beat their quotes); to date, we have not found a company that offers the same on-site, rapid service. Additionally, they continue to respond promptly to our needs while maintaining friendly, personable attitudes."

"So far I'm very happy with PSSC's quality and support. The hardware seems in good shape and my first bump in the road has been solved with instant, polite, patient and expert tech support. I mention this because I've never had that experience before."
Jonathan McDowell, Harvard University

"The cluster is working very well and our medical imaging application is running successfully on it.
The only difficulty for us is that your lab is not local and does not provide on-site training for non-experts like us.
But generally the system is great."
Tao Wu, Partners Healthcare

"I have a question for you about the Beowulf cluster you guys shipped me.
I noticed that it was performing _way_ above my expectations and I
eventually decided to check the CPU type. From what I can tell (looking at
/proc/cpuinfo, below) each node has dual Pentium 4's running at 2.8 GHz.
This is great except that I had thought I had only purchased one 2.8 GHz
P4 processor per node. Am I reading this configuration right? And if
so, is this what you intended to ship me?"
Troy Van Voorhis, MIT
Response: Hi Troy, PSSC Labs' experience allows us to provide the maximum possible performance settings for your particular configuration. The reason for the appearance of a second processor is hyperthreading. PVS only utilizes one processor per node.

“PSSC labs exceeded our expectations in many ways, best of all; they delivered our high performance computing cluster ahead of schedule. Ordering through PSSC has already saved us valuable time."

"I just wanted to write to you and let you know how the vision cluster system is working. Its a beautiful machine and worked flawlessly out of the box! We've had it going through it's paces and everyone is really impressed. My only regret now is having not ordered 21" monitors instead of 19" and not getting two video cards/node instead of one. Anyway, it's a very good machine and its was a pleasure working with you all getting this first system built. We are very pleased.
