Here is a brief summary of my experience with our PSSC Labs clusters. We purchased our first PSSC cluster in 2005 from the recommendation of our sister division in San Bernardino, CA. That division had been using two PSSC Labs Clusters and relayed their positive experience with PSSC Labs product quality, turn key solution and high level of technical support. We purchased our first PSSC Labs cluster in 2005 and found the system to be delivered exactly as promised. In fact, the performance of the system exceeded my expectations. In 2006 we purchased a second PSSC Labs Cluster in order to meet our expanding workload. We have since purchased 2 additional clusters from PSSC Labs for classified programs outside of my area. In total there are at least five PSSC Labs Clusters in use at Northrop Grumman.

I found the PSSC Labs Clusters extremely easy to use. Once installed, we were able to begin using the clusters immediately. PSSC Labs obviously took a significant amount of time and energy to preinstall and pretest all necessary cluster tools. The CBeST cluster management toolkit allows me to focus on my work and not managing a cluster. When I have any questions, PSSC Labs representatives always respond promptly with accurate and helpful technical assistance.

The total cost of ownership after delivery is very low. I have been very happy with the quality of the hardware and the completeness of PSSC Labs CBeST software. Our productivity has been great with these clusters, in fact the only time the PSSC Labs Clusters are not running is when we have a power shutdown for the building. The administration tasks are very small which is excellent because we have limited system administration resources. PSSC Labs have been very nice to work with over the years and I would recommend you strongly consider PSSC Labs to be your supplier.
