UNLIMITED LIFETIME SUPPORT
All PowerServe Servers include unlimited lifetime support at NO additional cost. You are welcome to call or email any question you have regarding Workstation hardware and software directly to the PSSC Labs Server Technician responsible for configuring your Server. This ensures that you receive the best possible technical support in an immediate fashion.

PERFORMANCE TUNING
PowerServe Servers are optimized for maximum performance. Our superior experience allows PSSC Labs Technicians to tune performance for maximum results. BIOS settings, network configurations, memory configuration, file system and all other possible areas for performance improvement are carefully reviewed and scrutinized. This ensure that each PowerServe Server provides the highest possible computing power. Before any PowerServe Serverships it must pass our internal performance standards.

EXPANDABILITY
Easily add more memory, network interconnects, hard drives, etc to your PowerServe Server. With CBeST software tools expanding the size of your Workstation is fast and easy. PSSC Labs Server Technicians will be available to help every step of the way at NO additional cost.

FLEXIBILITY
PSSC Labs offers the most hardware and software choices available. You can customize your PowerServe Server to meet your needs and budget. Chassis, processor, memory and networking options are all available. Select the operating system, open source tools and and file system you need.

STABILITY
PSSC Labs testing procedure is considered one of the most stringent in the industry. Each PowerServe Server undergoes a minimum of seven days continuous testing and retesting. For complete testing detail procedures please see below.

  1. 1.Assemble the system, update Bios to latest version, set BIOS to match the rest of the hardware. (approx 1 hour)
  2. Run Memtest to find MEM, CPU or MOBO errors. (approx 1-2 days)
  3. Run STRESS to find MCE errors, (approx 3 days)
  4. Power down, unplug, cool system. (approx 3 hours)
  5. Power up, run Memtest. (approx 1 hour)
  6. Power down, unplug, cool system (approx 3 hours)
  7. Power up, run Memtest. (approx 1 hour)
  8. Power down, unplug, cool system. (approx 3 hours)
  9. Power up, run Memtest. (approx 1 hour)
  10. Power down, unplug, cool system. (approx 3 hours)
  11. Install HPC Linpak and run over entire Workstation (approx 3 days)
  12. Install OS of customer choice and run benchmark test (approx 3 days)
  13. Power down, unplug & ship to end user.
Some companies may take testing shortcuts or not test the Server as a complete solution. Ultimately these shortcuts will cost you a significant amount of time, energy and money. PSSC Labs eliminates all of the headaches through our testing procedure.
