No more calling far away places and being transferred from support representative to support representative. You will speak directly with the PSSC Labs Technician responsible for integrating your system. That Technician will handle the Support Ticket until it is 100% resolved to your satisfaction.

Open a Support Ticket

Use the following form to create a new support ticket. If you already have an open support ticket, please reply to your ticket email instead of using this form. When creating a new ticket, please be as descriptive as possible so we can assist you better. We aim to respond to each Support ticket within 3 hours. If you do not hear from a Support Technician within 24 hours please contact PSSC Labs at 949-380-7288.

Please enter the serial number of the system for which you are opening this support ticket. The Serial Number can be found on the back of the machine. If this is a Cluster or Cloud issue please enter the Serial Number on the Head Node only. If you do not know the serial number just enter "111111".
