Standard Warranty - PSSC Labs Technicians provide unlimited phone / email / fax support for the lifetime of the system. This covers any questions you have regarding hardware and software including operating systems and CBeST components. PSSC Labs Cluster Technicians provide this support remotely via email , ftp, and telephone. Our Standard Warranty includes a return to depot hardware warranty for one year. Extended second and third year return to depot hardware warranty service is available for additional costs. PSSC Labs only configures systems from authorized manufactures with a minimum of three year extended support. RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) PROCEDURE
Before sending any equipment to PSSC Labs for service you must obtain an RMA#. An RMA can be obtained by contacting PSSC Labs Technical Support at 4tech@pssclabs.com or 949-380-7288. Many problems can be solved remotely working with PSSC Labs Cluster Technicians. If warranty service is required, PSSC Labs will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. Shipping containers must be satisfactory to ensure no damages due to shipping are incurred. PSSC Labs recommends you retain a few shipping boxes for the lifetime of the cluster. If you need a shipping container please contact PSSC Labs Technical Support. All freight fees for product returns to PSSC Labs are the responsibility of the end user. It is advisable to include proper insurance with each shipment. If freight does not include insurance and incurs loss or damage, PSSC Labs is not responsible. PSSC Labs will cover the cost of freight back to the end user.
Before shipping components to PSSC Labs, please back up your data. You must also Remove any removable media, such as diskettes or CDs. PSSC Labs does not accept liability for lost data or software.
