Do your systems offer remote monitoring and management?

How many Clusters / Clouds have you delivered to date?
Over 1500. We delivered our first Cluster to the University of California, Irvine in 1997. At the time this system was considered the fasted supercomputer in Orange County, California. We have since become the world's leading provider of turn key Cluster & Cloud solutions. Our Clusters & Clouds can be found in over 35 countries. Can you develop custom configurations for specific applications?

What network options are currently available?
We offer all major high performance network interconnects including 10 Gigabit Ethernet & Infiniband. All of our systems come standard with Gigabit Ethernet as well.
What is your testing / burn in procedure?
We take great pride in delivering systems with the lowest possible failure rate. In fact, our measured component field failure rate is below 0.01%. This is a direct result of the industry's most rigorous testing procedure. Each system undergoes a complete battery of component level test to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Once the components pass these tests we then embark on a painstaking process of BIOS settings, operating system installation, driver installation, CBeST™Cluster Management Software installation. The entire process can take up to 3 weeks. We ship systems only after our expert technicians are 100% confident.
Does your system include environment monitors and auto shut down features?
Yes. We do everything possible to ensure system longevity. Maintaining the system in the proper cooling environment is paramount. If in the event of a HVAC shut down, unacceptable temperature ranges & high humidity, the system should shut down gracefully.
Do you offer contracts for government purchasing?
PSSC Labs offers our products on a variety government contract vehicles including GSA, SEWP, CMAS & US Communities. These widely accepted contracting vehicles expedite the purchasing process while satisfying government purchasing regulations.
